I dont spend much time working online other than for school. so I have blackboard that we all use to make our school life easier, but i wanted to think outside the box. I thought if i was a business owner what i would want to be able to do.
Weebly
www.weebly.com
This site allows you to create a free website. It seems very straight forward, you choose the type of site you want site, store or blog. Then you choose a template, each template has multiple color options. You put in the text, picture or video data you want in the site and create a website. This seems like a great way to start advertising a new business.
Highrise
https://highrisehq.com/
This site allows you to keep track of all your business contacts and set reminders and view a client history. This seems like it would be helpful if you were an independent business owner so you could keep track of your appointments and previous history.
When I Work
http://wheniwork.com/
This site allows you to create schedules, send them electronically to employees and keep track of attendance. This seems like a quick and easy way to keep track of schedules and hours of employees.
Redbooth
https://redbooth.com/
This site allows employees to work in a collaborative environment to get projects done in a timely manner. It has the ability for employees to chat on discussion boards and video chat. It is also available in a mobile app for on the go.

4 websites I visit most often
Facebook
https://www.facebook.com/
I use facebook at least 6 times a day. I look through all my friends and families posts to keep current with their lives. Plus I like all the funny pictures.
Google
https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl
I use google more times than I can keep track of. I am a very curious person and feel the need to look everything that I don't know up.
Chase
https://www.chase.com/
I check my online banking very often. I don't balance a check book i let the bank do it for me, not always the best choice.
Amazon
http://www.amazon.com/
I'm on amazon on a daily basis. I check to see if the things i want have gone down in price.... I have a shopping problem.

4 Powerful PowerPoint Presentations at TED
David Kwong: two nerdy obsessions meet--it's magic
http://www.ted.com/talks/david_kwong_two_nerdy_obsessions_meet_and_it_s_magic#t-17105
He uses power point to show images that help convey the point he is making. he also uses animation on those photos that help to convey his point.
Naomi Oreskes: why we should trust scientists
http://www.ted.com/talks/naomi_oreskes_why_we_should_believe_in_science
She uses power point to enhance her presentation. it allows her to show models of the scientific method and images of various experiments.
Sara Lewis: the loves and lies of fireflies
http://www.ted.com/talks/sara_lewis_the_loves_and_lies_of_fireflies#t-31113
This is the best use of power point I found, she uses images and scientific information to make it easier to understand what she is referring to. Her presentation is fascinating.
Robert Full: the secrets of natures grossest creatures, channeled into robots
http://www.ted.com/talks/robert_full_the_secrets_of_nature_s_grossest_creatures_channeled_into_robots
He uses mostly power point, it seems to be the presentation instead of just and enhancer. It provides a lot of information that might have been lost without using power point.
